Dr. Linda Beed — Award-winning author, speaker, developmental editor, children’s minister and performing artist, are a few of the hats worn by Dr. Linda. As a conference coordinator and facilitator she has shared in the success of local and national conferences that include literary and social organizations. Dr. Linda is also the founder and president of On Assignment Publications. She is a passionate supporter of the arts who works tirelessly to bring exposure to works of local and national artists.

Our faculty is committed to your success. To that end they have provided invaluable information to present. As schedules allow they will be present via personal appearance or through the convenience of internet or provided materials.
Renee Aikens is a Christian author, a former legal publishing executive, and an attorney with over fifteen years of experience in contracts and business transactions. Her first novel (The Bequest) was published in 2005. She is currently working on her sophomore title, and a children’s book series and franchise.
Maurice M. Gray, Jr. He serves on the faculty of the Greater Philadelphia Christian Writers Conference, where he evaluates manuscripts for conferees and teaches workshops as needed. He is an accomplished copy editor, comedian, speaker and the author of two novels (All Things Work Together and To Who Much Is Given) as well as contributor to several anthologies. Maurice’s workshops will provide in-depth information on the tiers of editing in terms of what it is, what it requires from you and what you need to understand the process.
Jeanette W. Hill is the founder of J.W. Hill Productions, which produces inspirational stage plays. She is founder and executive director of Sight Ain’t Seeing Productions, a 501-C-3 organization that provides faith-based, entertaining as well educational stage plays with an African American flavor. Ms. Hill also conducts a creative arts program for middle and high school age students, Believe Beyond Boundaries. Her fount of knowledge in the creative visual arts will open minds to additional avenues for exposure for written works.
LaShaunda Hoffman is the founder and publisher of Shades of Romance Magazine. The primary focus of the magazine is to promote authors and their works. LaShaunda’s twelve years as a publisher, marketer and reviewer has assisted many writers to develop a strong online presence with cost-effective promotions.
Dr. Georgia Stewart McDade earned a Bachelor of Arts from Southern University, Master of Arts from Atlanta University, and Ph. D. from University of Washington. The English major spent more than thirty years teaching at Tacoma Community College but also found time to teach at Seattle University, the University of Washington, Lakeside School, Renton Technical College, and Zion Preparatory Academy. As a charter member of the African-American Writers’ Alliance (AAWA), McDade began reading her stories in public in 1991.
Tyora Moody is an author, graphic designer, online book promoter and an all-around encourager with a deep love for God. She owns and operates Tywebbin Creations LLC (Tywebbin.com), a design and marketing company. Her company’s niche is assisting authors with branding and developing an online presence.

Jamillah Warner (Ms. J), a poet with a passion for business, believes that effective communication is the answer to most problems. Born in the South and raised traveling the US, Jamillah writes for business and pleasure. And she may pick up a mic to give a keynote, teach a seminar or share a poem. Ms. J provides quick tips for marketing and communication in her getCLEAR! MicroNewsletter and is currently developing “Simply Business: The Six Communication Questions That Drive Every Business And How To Answer Them In Style.”
